Early Childcare and Development

Growing up with love and compassion.

Kites is a home away from your home. Infants are cared for with specialized attention and warmth. Toddlers learn to be compassionate and empathetic towards their friends from early on by mirroring the teachers. They are encouraged to help and comfort one another, to share their emotions and to engage respectfully and with kindness even when they may differ in opinions.

Stimulating environment where young minds thrive.

Research shows that early exposure to a second language enhances brain development, improving memory, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Your child will begin to build the foundation for a bilingual future, giving them a cognitive advantage in both their academic and personal life.

Children are naturally wired to learn languages, and the younger they start, the easier it is for them to absorb and become fluent in a second language. Our Spanish immersion program takes full advantage of this critical period. By integrating Spanish into every conversation, daily activities, songs, stories, and play, we help children build their language skills in a natural, fun, and meaningful way.

Unstructured play and outdoor time with mixed age groups.

Our daily routine allows for several opportunities of unstructured play indoors with educational games, role play toys, and natural materials, and outdoors in a large backyard with grassy lawn, monkey bars and a kitchen garden. This type of child-driven play with minimal adult intervention (but constant supervision to ensure safety) fosters creativity, problem solving, social skills, emotional development and confidence. A mixed age group environment is particularly beneficial in early childhood to further solidify such learning,

Tailored for infants and toddlers.

Whether your child is just starting to explore their surroundings at six months or preparing for preschool at age four, our program is designed specifically for early childhood development. With smaller class sizes and individualized attention, we ensure that each child’s unique needs are met, allowing them to thrive at their own pace in a safe and supportive environment. A mixed age group allows for flexible learning at the child’s own pace.

Our engaging activities - ranging from gardening and cooking to sports, story time, singing, dancing, and arts and crafts - encourage children to ask questions, explore their world, and develop the critical thinking skills they’ll need for a lifetime of learning.
